GSDF Trivia

The first State Defense Force HQ is located on Bull St. just off of Madison Square, in Savannah.  The building was built by General James Oglethorpe in the late 1700's and, although it now houses the Savannah College of Art and Design, the sign 'Savannah Volunteer Guards' is still displayed between the second and third floor balconies.
